I graduated from college with a B just.S. Economics from an overpriced, private organization. I’m not sure exactly what I want to do with my entire life yet and wanted to take the time to breath.
I was interested in the job, mostly because in the interviews it sounded like it would be flexible and as long as I was getting might work done there wouldn’t be any problems. My plan is meant to be 3 days outside of office where I am out marketing to businesses door to door.
A big part of my job is taking records about my experience and noting what I did so for nowadays. The other 2 times are “admin days” where I really do only computer work. I take my records at the end of the day when I get home. This makes for 10 hour days on these days roughly.
The other admin times, i am desired by him in office from 9 AM – 6 PM, even though I’ve voiced to him that I do not take breaks or lunch time. Additionally, on these admin days, might work for the week is already done and he is just adding additional tasks that he arises with out of the blue. On the week I don’t feel like I should have to set up 48 hours. Plus, saturday monthly apparently I am required to work 5 hours one, which was not mentioned in the interviews.
I attempted to speak to him about this, and informed him I used to be unsatisfied about being trapped in the working office. I would much complete might work from home rather, and come into the office for meetings and inventory counts, as this is my expectation entering the job. I am a great asset to his company and may help him grow a lot, demonstrated by the task I’ve already done, but I am not interested in continuing if I do not have freedom and cannot be happy.
Accepting a low income, (30K/year, no benefits until 1 year) with the interview I needed with him, made me think this might be a congrats for a few years while I figure out who I am. But now, I am unsatisfied and ready to stop. Am I being entitled? Am I the asshole? I am a bot, and this action automatically was performed. The mainstream mass media is the second kind of ridiculous and up until the internet era, they were successful because the general public was the first kind of ridiculous. That was the formula, but as soon as a portion the public was able to find truth online just, the equation fell apart. OK why advertisers so worried about how Bill O’Reilly or any other conservative might negatively reflect upon them?
Because they have been informed by the lefties that it could, and the people in charge of advertising for some companies are the second kind of stupid that I described previously. But if conservatives in the mainstream media, like O’Reilly are outnumbered by liberals, one thousand to one, why would the left spend and time aiming to shut him down?
